Estimates generated are the user's responsibility. CreteIQ does not guarantee the accuracy of material quantities, pricing, or job costs, and is not liable for losses arising from quotes produced with it.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of pricing they enter into the product.
Accounts are per-company. Users must not share credentials.
Subscription terms: billed monthly, cancel anytime, and no refunds are issued for partial months.
We may suspend accounts for misuse.
Governing law: State of South Carolina.
CreteIQ is a pricing calculator. It does not determine slab thickness, reinforcement, base requirements, or building-code compliance. Those decisions are the sole responsibility of the user and any licensed professionals they consult.
Users are responsible for determining whether sales tax applies to their work and at what rate.
New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at $20/month or $200/year until canceled. Users can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreteIQ's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount the user paid for CreteIQ in the 12 months before the claim. CreteIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or underbid jobs.
Users should keep their own copies of important quotes. CreteIQ is not responsible for lost data.
